HUNTER Customer Club Rules
Eligibility
The Customer Club program is available only to HUNTER customers.
Special Launch Condition
HUNTER Customer Club officially launched on June 15, 2026.
Because many customers purchased HUNTER products before the Customer Club was introduced and therefore had no opportunity to participate, HUNTER has established a special launch condition for the first year of the program.
Customers who placed at least one order before June 15, 2026 and register for HUNTER Customer Club are eligible to participate in the 2026 Annual Customer Rewards Program and Annual Customer Rewards Drawings under the same terms and conditions as all other HUNTER Customer Club members.
This special launch condition applies only to the 2026 Customer Club program and is intended to provide existing customers with the same opportunity to participate as customers who joined after the official launch of the program.
Beginning with the 2027 Customer Club program, participation will be governed exclusively by the standard HUNTER Customer Club Terms and Conditions.
To participate, customers must register through the Customer Club page.
During registration, customers must provide an email address for Customer Club communication, indicate where the order was placed, and provide the order number.
For orders placed outside the HUNTER website, HUNTER may conduct additional verification before issuing a promo code and confirming participation.
Promo Codes
After participation is confirmed, the customer receives a personal Customer Club promo code.
Each participant may have one active Customer Club promo code during the program period.
The promo code may be shared without restrictions.
Promo codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
Complimentary Gift With Qualified Orders
If an order is placed using a Customer Club promo code and the order total is at least $150, excluding taxes and shipping, the customer who used the promo code receives a complimentary choker.
The complimentary gift cannot be exchanged for cash.
The model, color, and configuration of the complimentary gift are determined by HUNTER.
The customer may choose only the size. If HUNTER is unable to contact the customer to confirm the size, size M-L will be sent by default.
The complimentary gift is provided only for fully paid, confirmed, delivered, and non-returned orders. If an order is returned for any reason, the complimentary gift must also be returned in new condition together with the order. If the complimentary gift is not returned or is not returned in new condition, HUNTER reserves the right to deduct the market value of the complimentary gift from the refund or otherwise recover its value where permitted by applicable law.
Annual Customer Rewards Drawing No. 1
Only fully paid, confirmed, delivered, non-cancelled, and non-returned orders qualify.
The qualification period runs from January 1 through December 31 of each calendar year.
The winner is the Customer Club member whose promo code was used the greatest number of times in qualified orders during the qualification period.
If two or more participants have the same number of qualified promo code uses, one winner will be selected at random from those tied participants. HUNTER may also award an additional prize to another tied participant at its sole discretion.
The prize is one HUNTER product set selected by the winner from three available options.
Annual Customer Rewards Drawing No. 2
All registered Customer Club members whose qualified purchases total $300 or more during a calendar year, excluding taxes and shipping, are automatically entered into the Annual Customer Rewards Drawing.
Only fully paid, confirmed, delivered, non-cancelled, and non-returned orders qualify.
One winner will be selected at random.
The prize is one HUNTER product set selected by the winner from three available options.
Registration and Annual Program Schedule
Registration is available at any time.
To participate in the Annual Customer Rewards Program and Annual Customer Rewards Drawings for the previous calendar year, registration must be completed no later than January 31.
Annual participant verification takes place from February 1 through February 14.
Annual Customer Rewards Drawings take place from February 15 through February 28.
Winner Notification
HUNTER will notify the winner using the email address provided during Customer Club registration.
If the winner does not respond within seven calendar days after the first notification is sent, the prize will be considered forfeited.
In that case, HUNTER may select another winner.
Program Administration
HUNTER reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or terminate the Customer Club program, participation requirements, rewards, Annual Customer Rewards Drawings, prize selection, or any other part of the program at any time.
HUNTER may refuse participation, cancel a promo code, or remove a participant from the program in cases of fraud, abuse, false information, suspicious activity, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
All HUNTER decisions regarding participation, order verification, promo code validity, qualification, winner selection, prize distribution, and interpretation of these Terms and Conditions are final.
Participation in the Customer Club program constitutes acceptance of these Customer Club Terms and Conditions, including any future amendments.
