Refund policy
ORDER CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
We understand that there may be times when customers may need to change their order or request a refund or exchange. Here are our policies:
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
If you need to change or cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund.
If a cancellation request is made on the 2nd day or later and the product is already in production, we will refund 60% of the product cost due to production costs.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We cannot accept returns or exchanges;
For hygiene reasons.
The product is not the right size. (If there is no error on our part)
You do not like the thickness of the product.
The customer's ignorance of the type of material used to make the products.
However, we will process a return or exchange for the following reasons:
You received the wrong item.
The item is the wrong color.
The item was sent with a defect.
To request a refund or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item at hunter.production.kh@gmail.com. If your request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and further instructions on how and where to ship the package. Please note that we cannot accept any items sent to us without prior approval.
DAMAGED ITEMS
We pride ourselves on the fact that all of our merchandise is of high quality. However, if you have received defective, damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact us immediately upon receipt so that we can investigate and correct the problem.
