HUNTER Customer Club
Special Launch Condition
HUNTER Customer Club is a customer rewards program created for HUNTER customers.
HUNTER Customer Club officially launched on June 15, 2026.
Because many customers purchased HUNTER products before the Customer Club was introduced and therefore had no opportunity to participate, HUNTER has established a special launch condition for the first year of the program.
Customers who placed at least one order before June 15, 2026 and register for HUNTER Customer Club are eligible to participate in the 2026 annual rewards program and annual customer drawings under the same terms and conditions as all other HUNTER Customer Club members.
This special launch condition applies only to the 2026 Customer Club program and is intended to provide existing customers with the same opportunity to participate as customers who joined after the official launch of the program.
Beginning with the 2027 Customer Club program, participation will be governed exclusively by the standard HUNTER Customer Club terms and conditions.
Customers who have placed an order through the HUNTER website or other official HUNTER sales channels may register for the program.
After registration is confirmed, the customer receives a personal HUNTER Customer Club promo code. This promo code may be shared with friends, followers, customers, or any other audience.
When someone uses a Customer Club promo code at checkout, they receive a 15% discount on their order.
When a Customer Club promo code is used for a confirmed and delivered order, the owner of the promo code receives credit toward the annual Customer Club rewards program.
If the order total is $150 or more, excluding taxes and shipping, the customer using the promo code also receives a complimentary choker.
Each year, HUNTER reviews confirmed and delivered orders connected to Customer Club promo codes. The Customer Club member whose code was used the most times between January 1 and December 31 of the previous year receives one HUNTER product set of their choice from three available options.
All Customer Club members who have purchased $300 or more during a calendar year, excluding taxes and shipping, are also entered into a separate Annual Customer Rewards Drawing for one HUNTER product set selected from three available options.
To participate, customers must provide an email address for Customer Club communication, indicate where the order was placed, provide the order number, and complete registration.
The email address is used only for Customer Club communication, including promo code information, rewards, drawing results, and program updates.
For orders placed outside the HUNTER website, HUNTER may conduct additional verification before issuing a promo code and confirming participation in the program.
Registration is available at any time. To participate in rewards and drawings for the previous calendar year, registration must be completed no later than January 31.
Annual participant verification takes place from February 1 to February 14. Annual Customer Rewards Drawings are conducted from February 15 to February 28.
HUNTER also offers a separate Affiliate Program for content creators, partners, and customers who want to earn commission by promoting HUNTER products. The Affiliate Program is separate from Customer Club and requires a separate application and manual approval.
